作为世界肝炎日的重要活动，世界肝炎联盟要求各个国家的行政部门签署关于乙肝和丙肝的“12问”，以便到2012年之前达到特定的目标。其中前6问代表了全球性的问题，每个国家相同；后6问旨在适应不同国家的特殊性问题。草案：所有国家都需要考虑的问题（前6问，中文翻译仅供参考）
